Superfood Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sprouted gluten-free and glyphosate-free steel-cut oats or sprouted hulless oats

1/4 cup almonds, walnuts, brazil nuts, pecans, or cashews

1/4 cup blueberries

1 scoop clean protein powder (I use Naked Nutrition or Equip Prime Protein)

1 scoop collagen powder

2 Tbsp hemp seeds

1 tsp bee pollen (optional)

1 tsp maca powder (optional. Omit if you have PCOS)

1 tsp ceylon cinnamon

dash of nutmeg

Pure maple syrup, to taste

Directions:

Mix the oats with 1/2 cup filtered water, cover, and leave on the counter for at least 7 hours or overnight

Bring an additional 1/2 cup of filtered water to a boil

Add the soaked oats, reduce heat, cover and simmer several minutes, stirring occassionaly

Remove from heat, stir in additional ingredients, and let stand for a few minutes before eating
