What are you waiting for?

Ready To Work Together?

Step 1: Determine Your Why

What is your reason for wanting to improve your health?

Go deep. What is your true why?

It's your motivation behind making healthy choices and what drives you.

Knowing your why keeps you focused on your goals and prevents you from falling off track when you are faced with challenges that come up. The clearer you are about your North Star, the brighter it shines, and the easier the path is to follow.

Step 2: Test. Don't Guess.

You are a unique individual, which is why what diet works for someone else may not be what works for you. Instead of going through the trial and error cycle, learn about your body with a Cell Wellbeing Hair Scan.

A Cell Wellbeing Hair Scan is based on Epigenetics and Quantum Physics, and will identify the nutritional and environmental factors creating cellular weakness in your body. It will indicate what body systems require the most support, what toxins you are being exposed to in your environment, and what micronutrients are a priority for you to eat.

This quick, convenient, and inexpensive test requires taking 4 hair follicles from the nape of your neck. The follicles are placed on a device called an S-drive, which scans the live sheath of cells in your hair follicles. This information is digitized and sent to the lab for processing. Your results will highlight:

- Vitamins

- Minerals

- Amino Acids

- Essential Fatty Acids

- Antioxidants

- Parasites, Viruses, Fungi, and Bacteria

- Toxins

- EMF exposure

- Foods to avoid

The results are provided in a user-friendly 34 page Optimize Wellness Report, which indicates what specific foods and lifestyle practices will be most beneficial for you to focus on based on your results. This helps you understand your body and allows for the creation of a very specific, personalized plan to optimize your health and achieve your wellness goals.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at home or at your job cause you to feel overwhelmed and exhausted? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from making healthy food choices? As we work together, you'll develop a deeper understanding of how to create more balance in your life and what nourishes your body to improve your health and well-being.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, macronutrients, and involve a list of restrictions that leave people feeling deprived. My approach is different - I determine food sensitivities, nutritional deficiencies, and imbalances through testing. I then coach my clients to add in micronutrient dense foods and healthy habits their unique body needs. We focus on adding in the good instead of restricting the bad. Over time, this will often crowd out the unhealthy food and habits.

The concept of bio-individuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food can be another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

Primary Food

It's easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual connection are essential forms of nourishment. I support you in bringing balance to the primary and secondary food in your life.

Deconstructing Cravings

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
